We have been using Wickstrom Plumbing since we moved to Idaho in 2023 into a 12-year-old house. We had them come out in January 2024 to put in a soft water system to remove the toxins from the water to make it more drinkable. They then showed us that we had a heater and air conditioner electrical problem and helped us get a good loan to replace them before they would stop working. Since then they have yearly inspected our plumbing and heating systems to make sure we have no problems and flush our soft water system at no charge. When flushing the soft water system in 2025, they showed us we are having a pollution problem with our water heater and because it is out of warranty, it could go out of service any time. He then gave us some costs for replacing it. He also checked out water pressure and told us we were over normal housing water pressure, which we had him fix by installing a pressure gauge. We have noticed that this has lessened the shower pressure and stopped the noise of the refrigerator. Wickstrom is very helpful in their service to their customers, and their plumbers are well trained and very helpful and friendly people.
