A dynamic trainer, Tim enjoys mentoring apprentice plumbers and is constantly seeing new ways to improve his plumbing and customer service skills. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his son Rex, spending time outdoors, and exploring the local second-hand stores looking for reselling opportunities.
